Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned embroidery for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
